Most anime characters already tend towards this appearance (although many look like no ethnicity at all, a visual design concept called "mukokuseki" tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/Mukokuseki (無国籍) (Japanese for "stateless" or "without nationality"), but this tag is for depictions with increased attention to realism, facial features and detail.
